Cryptic crossword No 3,258

Nicely done! Very topical and inventive with some great synonyms/constructions. NHO 21 or 25d or the drug in 14a so had to reveal those. 3d was nicely disguised. 23a was easy to get but I can't comment further! Favourites were 1a, 10a, 20a, 27a, 3d, 4d, 7d, 15d, 20d, thank you.

Lovely stuff Karol - as Boznut says, some greatly inventive clues and surfaces. Favourites were 1a, 10a, 21a, 23a, 26a, 28a, 2d, 4d, 18d and 25d. PS: there's a typo in the clue for 14a - should be Psycho not Pyscho.
