Special Instructions: Some extremely light theming in the occasional clue/solution, but no trickery - all the 14a is in the clues!

Thanks for this! Some great clues, 13d in particular is brilliant, 20d and 22d also very fun.

Thanks - this was a really good puzzle with a few chewy pieces but all the more satisfying on finding the solution. Favourite clues were 11a, 14a, 25a, 5d and of course 13d. Cheers

Never seen the theme, so I stumbled to some solutions, but pretty fun all the same. Faves include 11a,12a (!), 13a, 1d,5d,16d

My first attempt at one of yours and a pleasure it was to do business! You’ve obviously done it before, and admiring your technique was as rewarding as actually solving the clues. 12a made me laugh, I also particularly liked 13a, 21a, 2d, 4d, 8d (good brand of tip!) and the already famous 13d. Didn’t know the guy in 19a but otherwise everything fell nicely into place. Except for the nina 🙁 Cheers!

I'm another who is unfamiliar with the programme but it wasn't necessary for solving the clues. Faves inc 12a (naturally), 25a, 2d, 13d and 24d. Thanks. PM
