Cryptic crossword No 2,684

This was a nice gentle bundle of fun, Baz. Very helpfully clued with nothing impenetrable other than the nho 15a which was the only one to escape the initial pass through in numerical order. 11a, 29a, 4d, 13d and 28d my faves. Thanks. PM

Good use of theme Baz and nicely worked surfaces. Fave 11a. By the way, when you are writing the clues you can choose 'theme' from the list at the side of each clue, which then appears at the top next to your working grid (not on the published crossword). When you click that it shows you where those theme words are. I find that a really helpful function.

Fun with an impressive amount of theme. It seemed pretty impenetrable at first glance, but yielded up its charms very well. Especially liked 12a,18a,21a and 4d,13d,22d
