Pretty tough for me - I had to reveal a few - and the grid, tbh, is somewhat unfriendly with so many under checked solutions and the splitting of the grid into three almost disconnected lumps. Plenty of fun in the stuff I solved and a healthy dose of smut plus some tolerance-stretching as expected. 14a (ha ha - rude!), 20a, 29a (ha ha - rude!), 2d and 7d my faves. Thanks. PM

Thanks ALP. On 1st pass I thought this would be a no-go but somehow I got a foothold in the SE & worked from there. I failed only with 1d & 26d and there was a bit of parsing that eluded me but overall this was very enjoyable. Favs were 12a (shouldn't the novice be the one gagging?), 24a, 30a, 2d, 8d, 16d, 22d, and 25d.

Whew, I’m glad I stuck with it — this puzzle has some incredible clues. Had to use the “check word” button for help quite a few times but did get ‘em all (with said assistance). Will follow up with list of favs. For now, great job and thanks!

Well that’s a grid only a mother could love 🫤 so many underchecked and quite disconnected! So this was (even) chewier than your usual. Spotted the theme 💪 Some stretchiness and filth (17d!) but no more than usual for you 😆

Great fun despite being bested in a few spots. Loved the smut and inventiveness, particular favourites were 9a (great surface), 12a (lol), 14a (likewise), 19a (fun and neat), 20a (a refreshing twist on the device), 28a (neat), 2d (very neat - theme over my head but a lovely usage), 8d (clean), 17d (lol) and 26d (nice). Thanks for the challenge!
